Welcome to the Accessible Travel Center

As part of our focus on customer service and customer travel amenity programs, we are pleased to provide the opportunity to learn about SEPTA fixed route service and how to ride the system in this new facility

At the ATC you can:

Learn about the service options SEPTA offers and tips on riding

Practice boarding and exiting in your wheelchair

Practice navigating SEPTA vehicles if you are partially sighted

Practice transit use with your service animal

Work with your trainer or instructor

The Accessible Travel Center is open by appointment only on weekdays, during regular business hours, to individuals or groups.
