Service Animals in Training | Training Trip Request Form

SEPTA welcomes group and individual training trips for service animals in training. Typically, trip requests must be submitted to SEPTA at least two weeks ahead. To make a trip request, please complete the form below and then click on SUBMIT. Please include all requested information. A staff member will contact you within three working days. Then, a day or so before your trip, a Regional Rail manager will contact you to confirm all details. You may also contact CCT Customer Service department at 215-580-7145 for more information.

Please have an alternate date in mind, as it is not always possible for SEPTA to honor all requests for a particular day. Also, please remember that peak hour travel can be stressful for animals in training. Whenever possible, please plan your travel for midday hours. Avoid dates when popular events such as the Auto Show or Flower Show may crowd downtown vehicles and stations.
