Service Alert

General Announcement:
An "Essential Service Schedule" for Regional Rail is in effect. Other SEPTA service, including city and suburban bus, trolley, Market Frankford, Broad Street and Norristown High Speed Lines, is operating on a continuous Saturday schedule until further notice. Shuttle buses are replacing Route 101 trolleys and Route 102 service is suspended until further notice. Bus, Norristown High Speed Line, and trolley service boards through the rear door. Front door boarding will continue for riders with disabilities and Senior Citizens requiring boarding assistance. After 9 p.m. access to Jefferson and Suburban Stations is limited as follows: Jefferson Station-10th Street and Filbert Street stairs and elevators. Suburban Station-15th Street and Market Street and 17th Street and JFK Boulevard stairs and elevators. All other stairways and entrances to both stations will be closed. The open entrances at both locations may be manned by police to restrict entrance to SEPTA customers and employees only. The SEPTA Key Senior & Reduced Fare Card processing programs at 1234 Market Street, Concourse Level and the Accessible Travel Center at Suburban Station are closed.
Bus:
Route 125 : This route will not service the Valley Forge National Historic Park. Buses will layover at BNY Mellon until further notice.
Trolley:
Route 10 : Trolleys remain on diversion to 40th and Filbert Sts due to a water main break. Passengers in the trolley tunnel must board the Market Frankford Line to 40th Street Station for trolley connection or late night shuttle buses from 33rd & Market Sts to 40th & Filbert Sts.
Market/Frankford:
Market/Frankford Line : Delays of up to 8 minutes are possible in both directions due to equipment issues.
CCT:
CCT : Registered CCT Customers (ADA/Shared Ride) may make same-day reservations to/from medical facilities, pharmacies, supermarkets, and food distribution centers. These trips will be provided on a space available basis until further notice. To make a same day trip, you may contact the CCT Control Center at 215-580-7720 or 215-580-7145 then press #2. Standard fares will apply.
