33rd & Dauphin Bus Loop Improvement Project

SEPTA requires the services of a General Contractor and an Electrial Construction Contractor to perform the following work: demolition of an existing bus shed; construction of a replacement bus shed; select demolition of toilet facilities and tenant space and installation of new architectural treatments, mechanical and electrical systems; installation of concrete paved loop driveway; sustainable elements including a green roof, bio-retention system and pourous concrete sidewalks to be installed.
