Sign Up Now for New In-House Electronic Procurement Quotation System (ePS)

SEPTA is pleased to announce that we are accepting registrations for our newly developed in-house electronic procurement system (ePS). We encourage all suppliers to utilize the SEPTA ePS.  There are no costs associated with the registration and use of the system. Registration is quick and simple and the system is intuitive and easy to navigate. All small procurements listed on the electronic procurement system (ePS) will require and only allow for the submission of a quotation via the system. No other form of quotation will be accepted for those listed procurements. 

Suppliers must complete the Vendor Registration Form to be approved for participation in the system. Vendors should view the Registration Instructions before completing the Registration Form.

Upon acceptance into the SEPTA in-house ePS, Suppliers are encouraged to access the Quoting Instructions  or FAQs to learn how to properly navigate the system. After being accepted, vendors can Login Here to access the system and begin quoting.
