SEPTA Customer Service is pleased to announce the launch of a new version of the STAR (SEPTA Travel Advisory Response) system that will provide callers with the option of speaking into the system or using the touch tone option. In addition, users can now get service arrival times in more than one way: using the route name, by providing a stop name, providing a street intersection, or, in a near future by providing the individual Stop ID.
