Customer Connection is making its return for another year, offering customers the opportunity to meet SEPTA staff members from a number of departments, ask questions, get travel information and learn about the many positive improvements SEPTA is making. This is also an opportunity to offer suggestions, comments and commendations through our Customer Service staff.

The Customer Connection team will visit a different location and we invite everyone to take a few minutes to stop by. The dates & times of events will be posted as the season moves forward.

Sharing your experiences and insight will also qualify you in a random drawing for a Family Independence Pass, giving up to five people (one rider must be over 18 years old) unlimited travel on SEPTA for one day.

This event will provide an interactive environment for Olney and Fernrock Transportation Center riders. The event will use relevant SEPTA transit information and promote future improvements to the SEPTA transit system, NPT and SEPTA website.

Frankford & 69th Street Transportation Centers | Schedule Changes
This event will provide customers with information on the summer schedules changes effective June 9 & 10.

America's Birthday; this event will promote the Phlash and other SEPTA services for those visiting Philadelphia. The SEPTA Visitor's guide information and Phlash pamphlets will anchor this event.
