Customer Service isn't just a department here at SEPTA, it is an ever evolving mindset that the entire organization embodies. We are continually creating new ways to communicate with our customers and constituents and improving our current processes to help enhance the SEPTA Experience.

SEPTA Customer Connection (SCC)

Great News! SEPTA Customer Connection has launched its outreach season. The overwhelming success of the program offers the opportunity, to meet-n- greet SEPTA staff members from various departments, show our valued customers appreciation, provide our customers with useful information on the SEPTA website, social media and offer travel information. SCC is a great opportunity to receive suggestions, comments and commendations through our Customer staff.
