Will I be able to use my regular SEPTA TransPass for ANYWHERE travel on Regional Rail on September 26 or 27?
No. The only SEPTA fare that will be accepted on Regional Rail on those dates will be the Special One Day Regional Rail Pass (Saturday and/or Sunday). Passes will only be accepted on the Airport Line at the Airport.

Why can't I use my regular SEPTA Fares on Route 101/102 and Norristown High Speed Line the Papal visit weekend?
Based on the number of people estimated to be attending the World Meeting of Families events when the Pope is in Philadelphia, we anticipate there will be more people thinking about using the stations on these Routes then we can safely carry. By offering a limited number of Special 3 Day Transit Passes and asking customers to select the station they plan to use for travel, we can more effectively manage the crowds and ensure that everyone at the station gets on a SEPTA vehicle. Without these limits we wouldn't have any idea how many people might be coming to a station and under those circumstances we would almost certainly end up having to turn people away.
