Route 101 and 102 Schedule Changes Among Suburban Transit Victory Divsion Route Modifications

PHILADELPHIA, PA - Schedules will change on Monday, March 15, for a number of SEPTA Suburban Transit Victory District routes.

Concurrently, SEPTA will begin the next phase of the Media/Sharon Hill Line (MSHL) Reconstruction Project in Delaware County. This phase of the project will require temporary shuttle buses to replace regular trolley service on the Route 101 Trolley Line between Drexel Hill Junction and Media seven days a week.

Shuttle bus stops are now located at or near trolley stops marked with 'Route 101 Shuttle Bus' signs. During weekday peak hours, some trips to/from Media will operate as Express service between 69th Street Terminal and Scenic Road.

Morning Express trips will depart Media at 6:24, 6:39, 7:04, and 7:17 a.m. Afternoon Express trips will depart 69th Street Terminal/West Terminal at 4:40, 5:00, 5:20, 5:40, and 6:00 p.m. Some weekday peak hour trips to 69th Street Terminal will begin at the Woodland Avenue Trolley Station (in the driveway next to the trolley station building).

Customers should expect an additional 10-20 minutes travel time. Regular Route 102 Trolley Service will operate between 69th Street Terminal and Sharon Hill during this phase of work.
Other significant changes on SEPTA Suburban Transit Victory Division routes include:

Route 100 - Norristown High Speed Line Express trips will no longer stop at Ardmore Avenue.

Route 104 - trips to Newtown Square Corporate Campus during off-peak hours will no longer run; limited service on Saturdays to the Corporate Campus will no longer run.

Route 105 - All morning trips from Overbrook Park will now start at 77th & City Avenue instead of City Line & Haverford Avenue. The weekday, 8:40 a.m. trip to Ardmore will no longer run. The Saturday 6:17 a.m. trip from Overbrook Park will no longer run.

Route 107 The weekday, 6:02 a.m. trip from Glenolden and the 6:30 a.m. trip from Oakview will be combined to one trip.

Route 110 The Saturday 10:40 p.m. trip to Penn State will now end at Pilgrim Gardens; the 11:30 a.m. trip from Penn State will no longer run. Trips servicing Granite Run Mall or Penn State will also now serve Rothman Center at Riddle Hospital.

Route 111 Trips servicing Granite Run Mall or Penn State will also now serve Rothman Center at Riddle Hospital.

Route 112 - A new weekday, 11:15 a.m. trip from Lawrence Park to 69th Street Terminal has been added to relieve overcrowding.

Route 113 - The weekday 12:25 a.m. trip to Chester Transportation Center, the weekday, 2:00 a.m. trip from Chester Transportation Center, and the weekday, 6:04 p.m. trip from Darby to 69th Street Terminal will no longer run. Saturday service will run every 15 minutes to address overcrowding issues.

Route 114 - trips servicing Granite Run Mall or Penn State will also now serve Rothman Center at Riddle Hospital.

Route 115 The weekday, 2:55 p.m. trip from Garrett Road & Lansdowne Avenue will be combined with the 2:15 p.m. trip from Ardmore. The 1:10 a.m. weekday trip, the Saturday 1:23 a.m. trip, and the Sunday 1:10 a.m. trip from Philadelphia International Airport will no longer run. Bus routing will change through Folcroft East Industrial Park.

Route 116 - The weekday, 1:50 a.m. trip from 74th & Lindbergh will no longer run.

Route 117 - trips servicing Granite Run Mall or Penn State will also now serve Rothman Center at Riddle Hospital.

Route 119 - The weekday, 11:54 p.m. trip from Marcus Hook will no longer run.

Route 123 - The weekday, 9:45 p.m. trip will now operate with one bus, instead of two. A new weekday, 8:25 a.m. trip has been added between King of Prussia and 69th Street Terminal.

Route 125 - The weekday, 8:23 a.m. trip from Gulph Mills to PNC GIS will no longer run. Trips originally scheduled with two buses, will now run with one.
