Kim Scott Heinle to Lead SEPTA's Customer Service Department
In creating a brand new senior management position to direct its Customer Service Department, SEPTA General Manager Joseph Casey has appointed Kim Scott Heinle as Assistant General Manager for Customer Service.  “Our sole purpose for establishing this new position is to devout focus on our core business -- serving our customers,” Casey said. “We want to improve the areas of courtesy, communications, convenience and cleanliness. Kim places a high priority on delivering a quality product and will invest his time and energy on improving customer satisfaction. SEPTA Service To 76ers Playoff, Penn Relays and Ringling Brothers & Barnum Bailey Circus
SEPTA will provide Broad Street Line “Sports Express” service to games 3 and 4 of the Sixers playoff series against the Detroit Pistons at the Wachovia Center on Friday and Sunday, April 25 & 27.  Thousands of fans have used the Broad Street Line to cheer on the Sixers enjoying the speed, comfort, and convenience it offers to Pattison Station and the Sports Complex.  More... 

Regional Rail Schedule Previews
SEPTA has posted previews of Regional Rail Schedule that will go into effect May 11, 2008.  Please remember schedules posted here may still be subject to change before the posted effective date.  Text schedules will be posted online when the schedules take effect.  Paper schedules are available in our terminals, sales locations and through Customer Service (215-580-7800) days prior to the effective date.

Public Meeting regarding SEPTA’s 2009 Annual DBE Goal
A public meeting is being held on Friday, May 23, to provide disadvantaged businesses and other business enterprises, public agencies, and elected officials and interested individuals an opportunity to offer comments. The purpose of the meeting is to receive input regarding SEPTA’s 2009 Annual DBE Goal.  This input will be considered during the preparation of the Authority’s Federal Fiscal Year 2009 DBE Goal and Methodology.  Register for this public meeting.

Community Meeting for Route 11 Trolley Track Renewal Project
SEPTA plans to excavate, renew and pave approximately 4,000 feet of eastbound and westbound tracks on Woodland Avenue from 60th Street to 68th Street.  A Community Meeting regarding the renewal project will be held on Thursday, April 24th at 6p.m.  The meeting will be held at the 12th Police District Station Roll Call Room, 65th and Woodland Avenue.
