New Weekday Service Options At 30th Street Station

Beginning September 7, 2010

SEPTA will offer enhanced service to and from 30th & Market Street with two new travel options:

New Route 78 bus service connecting with the Trenton Regional Rail Line for travel to and from Cornwells Heights Station. Free parking is available at the Cornwells Heights Park & Ride Lot around the bus shelter located between Lots C and D

New supplemental Market-Frankford Line Owl bus service

This bus will leave Cornwells Heights train station parking lot at 5:25 a.m. and operate via I-95 to Center City Philadelphia making limited stops along Market Street at 30th Street; 19th Street; 15th Street; 11th Street and 8th Street.

Inbound stops are to discharge customers only.

Service to Cornwells Heights Regional Rail Station will make limited stops in Center City at 8th & Market Street, 11th & Market Street, 15th Street & J.F.K. Boulevard, 19th Street & J.F.K. Boulevard, 30th & Market Street then express via I-95 to Cornwells Heights Regional Rail station.

Outbound stops are for customer pickup to Cornwells Heights only. No intermediate travel permitted.

Independence Pass (except for buses arriving Center City before 9:30 a.m. weekdays)
Tokens, TransPass, or Regional Rail tickets are not accepted

Two Market-Frankford Express NiteOwl buses will leave 30th & Market Street, making local NiteOwl stops on Market Street to 5th Street before running express to Frankford Transportation Center:
