Permit Parking
SEPTA also offers monthly permit parking at 37 Regional Rail stations, guaranteeing commuters a reserved parking space at a station on a daily basis. Permits cost $20 per month, except at Fern Rock Transportation Center where the permit cost is $32 per month. There are two ways to purchase a monthly permit.
By Mail
To purchase a permit by mail, riders must purchase a monthly TrailPass in conjunction with the purchase of a parking permit before the first of the month. Call 215-580-6576 to obtain an application for a parking permit at these stations:
Ambler*, Ardmore*, Berwyn, Bethayres, Bryn Mawr*, Chalfont, Chestnut Hill East, Chestnut Hill West, Clifton, Devon, Elkins Park, Exton*, Fort Washington, Glenside*, Haverford, Jenkintown*, Langhorne, Lansdowne, Marcus Hook, Media*, Merion*, Morton*, Norristown Transportation Center*, North Wales, Oreland, Overbrook, Paoli, Philmont, Primos, Radnor*, Rosemont, Secane*, Strafford*, Thorndale, Villanova, Warminster, Wayne*, Willow Grove, and Wynnewood.
The cost of a parking permit at Fern Rock Transportation Center* - if available - is $32.00.
*These stations may have waiting lists for permits
At Station Ticket Offices
Permits are available at ticket offices at the above stations (except Exton and Thorndale) on a limited, first-come/first-served basis on the 20th of the month (or the next business day) for use on the following month. Permits are available only to commuters who also purchase a monthly TrailPass. On the second business day prior to the last day of the month, permits will be sold to commuters and Senior Citizens who purchase a weekly TrailPass, a 10-strip of tickets or a pack of tokens.
If you experience difficulty purchasing a permit in person or by mail, try the other method. Mail applications are processed prior to permits being sold at stations, but sometimes a station with a waiting list by mail may have a few permits for sale at the ticket office.
