Rehabilitate and paint existing station building exterior; upgrade mechanical and electrical systems to bring the existing station building into compliance with building code and energy efficiency requirements.

The contractor bid also includes work on the Morton (P2-15D) and Clifton-Aldan (P2-15E) Station buildings.

These station buildings date back to the 1910s and have not had any significant renovations.

This contract also includes Morton and Clifton Stations.
