Colleges and universities have the opportunity to offer their students a discounted transit pass through the University Pass program.

Q: Can any college or university offer the University Pass?
A: Yes, this program is offered to any college or university that is served by SEPTA.
Q: Can you tell me if my school offers the University Pass?
A: Current participating schools are listed on this page. If your school isn't listed, they are presently not a part of the program.
Q: What types of discounts are offered through the University Pass?
A: We offer a discounted monthly or semester-based pass (fall and spring). The pass is discounted approximately 10%.
Q: What's required of my school to participate in the University Pass?
A: We require that the school match the discount that SEPTA extends on the pass. The school is also responsible for ordering the passes and distributing them to the students.
Q. What if my pass is lost or stolen?
A. We are not responsible for lost or stolen passes.
Q. How do I purchase the pass?
A. If your school currently participates in University Pass, you'll purchase the pass through them. SEPTA doesn't sell passes directly to students.
Q: How does my school sign up for the program?
